NASA mid Atlantic Season got off to a great start at VIR this past weekend. Rossini drivers Adam Molaver and Ken Wilkinson put up and impressive show.
In Saturday’s rain qualifying session Matt McBride out qualified Adam and Ken, Unfortunately Adam’s transmission let go, but Mike Rossini pulled out all the stops, changing Adam’s transmission between the qualifying session and the race. When it came to race time, Adam drove to the win followed by Ken in 2nd place and Glenn Evans in 3rd.
By the time Sunday’s qualifier was over, Adam was on pole, Matt in 2nd and Ken in 3rd. In the race they finished as they qualified.
We at Rossini Racing want to congratulate Adam for his two wins and Ken for being on the podium both days.
What a great start to 2013. In the SEDiv in Spec Miata racing, Rossini Engines are leading the SCCA Majors, the SCCA Nationals and the NASA Mid Atlantic Division.
